For more than 25 years we have been dedicated to our cruise clients as a shore excursion provider in the Faroe Islands. We are handeling more than 90% of all cruise guests going ashore on a shore excursion on the islands.
MB-Tours ( Mouritsen´s Bussar, legal name ) is a family owned business established in 1983. The company started out as a bus company handeling local routes on the islands. As the years past, tourism became a bigger part of the business. In year 2000 the company started handeling cruise ships.Today we can offer excursions from all ports on the islands from larger ports such as Tórshavn, Runavík or Klaksvík. Or in one of the smaller ports such as Vágur, Tvøroyri, Vestmanna, Miðvágur, Sørvágur etc.
Our clients last season were among others Ambassador, Aurora, Azamara, CFC, Crystal, Fred Olsen, Holland America, National Geograpic, NCL, Noble Caledonia, Oceania, Ponant, Poseidon, Regent Seven Seas, Ritz Carlton, Rivages du Monde, Scenic, Silversea, Viking, Windstar etc...
The company is being run by owner Mr. Magni V. Mouritsen and his wife Mrs. Ann-Mari B. Mouritsen.
